For MERGE researchers

As a MERGE researcher you can get help and support for activities that strengthen the environment and research. It can be funding or practical support with arranging seminars and workshops, writing a policy or science brief, stakeholder contacts etc.

The allocation of MERGE resources is based on an annual budget decided by the board. Some specific decisions are taken by the board, in other cases the board allocates resources to a specific task for later decision.

Please consider gender and interdisciplinary aspects, stakeholder interactions and the connection between the different MERGE partners when submitting proposals for different activities.

The "Short research project"

An annual call from Lund University but open to all MERGE researchers. However, the call can only cover salaries for staff at Lund University. The call aims at a continued consolidation of the collaboration between research groups and major projects within MERGE. Connection to Bolin Center is seen as positive. The call has a deadline in May, and announced in January/February.

The "MERGE workshop call"

A call for all MERGE participants covering workshops open for all MERGE participants. The call has a deadline in May and November.
