How do different management methods affect forest recovery after wild fires?

4 March 2026 08:30 to 09:30 | Seminar
Brända trädstammar efter en skogsbrand

Large forest fires have increased in number and scope both globally and in Sweden. This is clearly linked to climate change and can in turn lead to large emissions of carbon dioxide. How the forest is managed after a fire can have a major impact on how quickly it recovers and begins to store carbon again.
