Welcome to a workshop to find strategies and fruitful pathways for the future aerosol related work in MERGE, August 22-24. Sign up by June 23rd!

The workshop will start just before lunch on August 22 and stop in the early afternoon on August 24.

The aim of the workshops is to find strategies and fruitful pathways for the future aerosol related work in MERGE. Specifically, we want to develop efficient ways to bridge over scales and between MERGE research areas. This in order to make our detailed process work more useful in applications of global scale models, mainly EC-Earth. This goes for laboratory and fieldwork as well as modelling.

All MERGE scientists that are interested in taking an active part in these discussions are welcome!

Workshop content

The workshop will focus on discussing and formulating specific strategies, with a lot of time for discussions. You are encouraged to bring one or a few very short presentations of ideas how to proceed.  If you have specific ideas that you would like to discuss, you are very welcome to contact Birgitta Svenningsson (se below).
