New podcast from SMHI: Klimatforskarna

SMHI, the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute, is one of the partners in MERGE with many active scientists. SMHI has recently released a podcast that guides the listener through the interesting subject of climate research in practice.

In the public debate, we often here the that we need to listen to the climate scientists. But what do climate scientists actually say? How do we study and analyse what is happening today? And how does it work to research about what the future might hold?

In SMHI's new podcast, Klimatforskarna, climate scientists gives in depth answers on how their research is conducted, what the results of their research says, and what this means for us as a society. The podcast is interesting both for a wider audience who is curious to know more about climate research and what it is telling us, and as an educational material for students within relevant fields.

Rolf Döscher, Klaus Wyser, Torben Königk, Erik Kjellström and Gustav Strandberg are some of the interviewed researchers, who are also members of MERGE. The podcast can be found on different podcast applications, and on the SMHI website:
